Dispositions Outbound Sales VA

As a driven Dispositions Outbound Sales VA, you will leverage your experience in outbound calling to support the Dispositions team by connecting with potential real estate buyers using an automated dialer. You will serve as the first point of contact for buyers, representing Rebuilt with confidence and professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow scripts while sounding natural, and a quick grasp of our market positioning and dispositions process. You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and can manage high call volumes, follow-ups, and CRM updates independently. You are coachable, reliable, and comfortable having direct conversations with buyers. Success in this role comes from actively participating in training, quickly applying feedback, and consistently executing at a high level.
