Distribution Account Manager

Your Job•Develop Sales and Marketing strategy at Distributor ( reflected also in the Playbook ) / include concrete target setting & tracking • Focus Demand Creation and establish a clear aligned approach with the respective Distributor • Close cooperation with our Distribution Marketing team to coordinate all Digital Expertise with the respective E-cat partner . • Communicate Sales Strategy and promotional plans to RDSM´s & SDAM´s to employ at branch level • Establish quarterly reviews for progress and future planning ( to include market share capture data ) • Develop sales plan and ensure implementation of plan at branches • Develop short term plans to fix problem branches Distributors.
