Distribution Assistant

We are looking for a Distribution Assistant to support our daily dispatch and logistics operations. This role ensures all products are prepared, checked, and distributed accurately and on time to stores and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing products for dispatch, ensuring correct quantities and proper documentation
• Load and unload items safely from delivery vehicles
• Coordinate with the dispatch team regarding delivery schedules, routing, and delivery completeness
• Verify accuracy of orders before dispatch and report any discrepancies immediately
• Organize and maintain storage areas
• Assist in receiving deliveries, checking items, and updating records
• Maintain cleanliness of the dispatch and storage areas to meet food safety and sanitation standards
• Support basic inventory checks and stock rotation

Qualifications

• High School Graduate; SHS or College Level is a plus
