This is a high‑impact leadership role overseeing a 150‑employee, unionized distribution centre serving complex, high‑profile clients in telecommunications, healthcare, and manufacturing. You will lead a team of Operations Managers and functional leaders, drive performance across a partially automated environment, and play a key role in labour relations, financial oversight, and client experience.
