Distribution Center Specialist

Print BO RRMR and interbranch documents.
Monitor daily BO RRMR pick-up discrepancy from store
Monitor/check BO RRMR documents forwarded to Acctg.
Monitor BO RRMR status and pending, follow-up BO RRMR no box.
Check-in trucks arriving in DC.
Check and tally actual released versus system then dispatch trucker and print documents for delivery.
Process RTV, STW, over deliveries, charge to bmirk & trucker, then print DR.
Arrange and attach all admin assets/supplies documents for delivery
Arrange and attach all BO RRMR and interbranch documents for pick-up
Check and monitor all delivered delivery summary
Good housekeeping & cleanliness in the workplace
Analyze, coordinate and solve minor delivery problems
Communicate with internal and external customers
Give suggestions and ideas to improve work processes
College graduate of any business course
Preferably with experience in managing warehouse setting.
Willing to be assigned in our Distribution C...
