Distribution Executive

Job Purpose

The Distribution Executive is responsible for ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective distribution of Nelson Paint Industries' finished goods across assigned territories. The role focuses on dispatch planning, distributor coordination, logistics control, inventory movement, and delivery performance, ensuring product availability in the market while maintaining company standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor daily dispatches to dealers, clients and warehouse as per approved sales orders.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure route optimization and effective vehicle utilization to minimize distribution costs.
• Monitor loading, unloading, and transit activities to avoid damages, shortages, or delays.
