Distribution Manager

The Distribution Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring products are consistently available to meet customer demand while maintaining efficient and reliable warehouse operations. This position is responsible for translating high-level business goals into actionable plans and driving execution across warehouse and logistics functions. The Distribution Operations Manager sets performance expectations, KPIs, SOPs ,aligns teams to operational targets, and ensures service standards support overall sales objectives.

This role also involves leading both unionized and non-unionized teams, developing supervisors, and building a high-performing operational environment.
