Your new role

You will lead a team within a modern distribution environment, ensuring operational performance across quality, turnaround times, and safety. Reporting to the Senior Distribution Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, coach supervisors and team leaders, and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a team of supervisors and associates
Managing workflow to meet turnaround time objectives
Driving process improvements and lean initiatives
