Position: Distribution Manager II
What you'll do:
Lead and optimize complex operations across multiple facilities
Manage large teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Ensure efficient inventory storage and distribution processes
Drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue goals
Build strong client relationships and ensure contract compliance
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and strategic initiatives
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
5–7 years of operations experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
3–5 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility
