Distribution sales manager

As a Distribution Sales Manager at Atlas Copco, you will drive sustainable growth of General Industry products in Southern Africa by expanding and empowering distribution channels, engaging end users, and delivering superior customer value. The position reports to the Industrial Technique Business Area General Manager.

Responsibilities Drive sales of all Atlas Copco General Industry (GIN) products through distribution partners, covering Southern Africa (South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Zimbabwe). Grow existing distribution channel and develop new distribution channels across allocated territory. Appoint, develop, and monitor progress of distribution partners. Engage with end users so they prefer Atlas Copco solutions. Realize the full sales cycle with distributors/partners (identify opportunity, present proposal, demonstrate value, negotiate, and close the deal).
