Distribution Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Strategy Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, forecast sales and plan for new product launches and distribution network expansion.
• Client & Partner Management: Build Strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and key clients, provide technical support and resolve concerns.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee sales execution, inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensure efficient delivery processes.
• Reporting: Track sales data, analyze performance and report progress and market insights to senior management.
