Distribution Sales Personnel

Qualifications

• At least College level, especially in Business/Marketing
• With sales experience (FMCG, distribution, retail, or field sales is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of route selling, inventory, and basic sales reporting
• Able to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Willing to do field work and travel within assigned areas
• With motorcycle and valid driver’s license (usually required)
• Familiar with the assigned territory/market
• Honest, reliable, and customer‑oriented.
