This is a senior, execution-focused strategy role reporting to the Head of Distribution Strategy, Performance and Compensation. You will act as a strategic partner and problem-solver, working closely with channel chiefs and cross-functional leaders to diagnose issues, design commercial plans, and drive the execution of strategic priorities across all distribution channels. Your mandate is to translate strategy into action, fix what's broken, and ensure business improvement through hands-on leadership.
