Distributor Manager

GENERAL PURPOSE:

To grow the business in Bicol Region area by ensuring to deliver targets through efficient executions, effective distribution and alignment of company objectives and distributor's business direction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Achievement of Brand and Category targets for new accounts.
• Drive horizonal and vertical distribution, to achieve targets for new accounts and listing of SKUs
• Ensure sufficient inventory in distributor warehouses to serve trade requirements
• Ensure deliveries are paid on time and low HB
• Ensure timely claims management with regular checkpoints with Finance
• Gather store universe data, do area mapping and analyze current reach versus territory potential
• Recommend infrastructure deployment suitable for distributor operations
• Implement route productivity standards
