Distributor Sales Manager

The Distributor Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for managing, developing, and supporting the network of distributors to achieve assigned sales targets, market expansion goals, and brand presence objectives. This role focuses on distributor relationship management, sales performance tracking, team collaboration, and execution of trade and channel strategies aligned with company objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Ensure distributor compliance with company policies, pricing, and route-to-market guidelines.
Evaluate distributor performance using KPIs such as sales growth, distribution reach, inventory turnover, and payment behavior.
Execute channel-specific plans (e.g., General Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale) in coordination with marketing and trade marketing teams.
