Job Description

                    Coordinates and aligns with DSP the objectives and strategic plans that were agreed upon during core meetings. 
Conducts regular checkpoint meetings with DSPs to monitor their performance, align with them any updates, programs, promotions or changes in strategy, and discuss opportunities with their respective areas of coverage 
Checks on a daily basis the DSR, Coverage Plan and VDR(Volume, Distribution, Reach) performance of all sellers. 
Coordinates with principals and the accountant regarding any programs, promotions, coverage plan modifications and manpower structure changes to be undertaken. 
Handles any customer complaints. 
Coordinates with the AR clerk for any AR management. 
Collects overdue AR directly from customers. 
Conducts weekly sales, operational, and territorial audits. 
Monitors the OTD (order to delivery) of all customer sales orders.
