Distributor Specialist

Location: Davao (based in Davao)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly operational and business review reports, develop and submit coverage plans, and ensure compliance with Master Coverage Plans and booking quantities.
• Conduct meetings with merchandisers, manage candidate pooling, enforce compliance, and monitor merchandiser activities and expenses.
• Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, track new product launches, and provide trade feedback.
• Implement and oversee van loading factors, manage SKU range, and check warehouse stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Perform route visits and weekly operations reviews, address accounts receivable issues promptly, and coordinate with sales teams on return validations and daily outputs.
• Enforce FIFO practices, prevent backorders, negotiate for increased shelf space, and oversee planogram deployment.
