Responsibilities This Coordinator provides school and classroom-embedded consultative and professional learning support related to the design of universal and inclusive learning environments enabling the success of diverse learners, focusing on learners with emerging self-regulation abilities and complex mental health and social emotional differences. This Coordinator works with school teams to strengthen classroom practice related to the design of instruction from the beginning with all students in mind, and the implementation of inclusive practices. Additionally, this Coordinator works with schools to assess and address student support needs through the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans, positive behaviour support plans and Safety Plans.
