Qualifications

• Experience in leading a childcare facility isdesired but not required.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific needs for infants through preschoolers
• Experience with classroom management techniques to foster a positive learning environment
• Pay:To be determined based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety and compliance in all areas relating to the childcare facility.
• Staff management and supervision.
• Maintaining scheduling and day to day operations.
• Act as the primary point of communication for staff member and district administration.
