Now, if you were to come on board as a District General Manager (Vending & Coffee Services), we’d ask you to do the following for us:

Interpret and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines to promote consistent application within the district including Quarterly Customer Service Route Rides Quarterly, Grand Opening Events for New Business, Associate Annual Appraisals, Effective Route Scheduling, and other standard operational procedures added as needed

Ensure District is in compliance with Corporate retailing and purchasing programs as well as minimum standards by product category

With the Controller’s input and collaboration, develop accurate district budgets and forecasts
