Job Description

                    A District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a

certain region and collaborating with Retail Operations Manager to set goals such as sales

estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each

store.

General Responsibilities:
 Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
 Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
 Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
 Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
 Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
