District Manager

As the District Manager you are responsible for developing and executing the business strategy for a district consisting of 8 stores (mainly in the GTA). You must be an exceptional leader who can motivate, inspire, and develop store management teams to maximize sales and profits, create an exceptional work experience for all employees and ensure an extraordinary customer experience to each and every customer.


This role follows a schedule, with two days onsite in the office and three days traveling to stores within the district.

Recruit top talent to lead the district’s teams to deliver on our commitment to provide an outstanding shopping experience to every customer. Establish internal and external succession plans
