About the Position
We are seeking a results-driven District Manager to lead the district-level implementation of a family planning Project in Jhang. The role focuses on managing field operations, supervising outreach teams, coordinating with private health providers, and ensuring timely achievement of targets with quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee district-level implementation of the family planning project
Ensure achievement of monthly targets for registration, referrals, and service uptake
Supervise district staff, outreach workers, and volunteers
Coordinate with empaneled private health care providers and district stakeholders
Ensure quality family planning counseling and informed choice
Review field data, ensure timely reporting, and support verification activities
Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions
