District Manager, Netherlands

Overview
The District Manager is a field leadership role with oversight of all aspects of sales, operations and merchandising with a geographic span of stores.
This position will have approximately 15 - 22 Store Manager direct reports and a number of indirect reports at the store level.
Responsible for fostering a high performance culture of diverse and quality associates with a focus on customer experience and operational excellence
**Responsibilities**:
Drive Core Business
Deliver sales, wage hours and shrink plan for their assigned brands.
Grow Strategic Imperatives
Implement the operational strategy focused on the evolution of the in store experience that is channel-less and seamless to the customer.
Drive change management, synergy, productivity and harmonization of processes across assigned district.
Lead C.A.M. initiative to elevate customer experience.
