Job Description
As a Regional Director of Operations you will plan, manage, and guide contracted services for multiple sites for a client or for multiple clients normally generating $2-15M+ in revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. This role focuses on high-end senior living properties ranging in size from 258 residents to 1,200 and requires knowledge of high end CCRC, food service, healthcare, and strong client-facing and resident-facing components.
Depending on the client(s), services can include food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and more. Our Regional Director of Operations are capable operations managers who lead a team to provide excellent service to our clients. With knowledge of the client?s business, positive relationship building skills, financial savvy, and a focus on safety, our team makes a difference every day.
