The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing a high-volume, fast-paced transportation operation, including the leadership of 30–40 employees across both frontline and management levels. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in an early-morning environment, with flexible start times ranging from 3:30 AM to 8:00 AM, based on operational needs.

This site manages approximately 60 routes and supports 7 convenience site centers in North Carolina, requiring strong organizational and multi-site management capabilities.
