Looking for an exciting leadership journey? We are looking for an outstanding District Sales Manager (DSM) to join us and help shape the future of the CRM (Cardio, Renal, Metabolism) therapeutic area at Boehringer Ingelheim Switzerland. Starting date as soon as possible.



As a District Sales Manager, you will be a strategic regional leader, driving sustainable growth and shaping the market for Boehringer Ingelheim’s CRM portfolio. This includes steering performance of our inline brands while preparing the ecosystem for future launches.



**Tasks & responsibilities**



+ Ensures the execution of regional-level plans and actions (KAMs and Sales Representatives) ensuring market and product impact.

+ Lead team members to excel in strategic account management, negotiation and selling skills

+ As regional lead, build & maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers across key HCPs...
