The District Sales Manager (DSM) for the Primary Care Business Unit is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives across the Mindanao district. Based in Davao City, the role ensures effective execution of brand strategies, strong customer engagement, and full compliance with company policies and Philippine regulatory standards, while building a high‑performance sales culture in the assigned territory.
