Job Overview

The Dive Instructor – Marine Sports Trainer is responsible for training, developing, and supervising Marine Sports Staff to ensure safe, competent, and high-quality water sports and diving operations. The role focuses on staff skills development, safety compliance, and operational readiness while supporting guest diving activities when required.

Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Training & Development

• Train Marine Sports Staff on scuba diving fundamentals, snorkeling, freediving, and water safety practices
• Conduct skills assessments and refresher training for existing staff
• Ensure staff competency in equipment handling, underwater supervision, and emergency response
