Position Overview The Diving Instructor will be responsible for delivering safe, engaging, and professional scuba diving experiences to guests across Beno’s Water Sports Division.
This role requires exceptional diving skills, strong instructional capabilities, deep knowledge of diving equipment and safety procedures, and a passion for marine adventure.
The ideal candidate must be certified, experienced, and capable of providing world-class service aligned with Beno’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Diving Instruction & Guest Experience Conduct introductory and advanced scuba diving lessons for individuals and groups.
Guide certified divers on recreational dives, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
Provide detailed pre-dive briefings, demonstrations, and skill practice sessions.
Deliver exceptional customer service, focusing on safety, comfort, and overall guest satisfaction.
