Division Manager, Development Services

About the role

This position is a permanent, full time role in Council's Development Services Division, based at Moruya. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership for the Division and and will contribute to major organisational projects and initiatives. 

The position will provide professional planning and assessment of development and construction proposals, planning and regulatory matters ensuring statutory requirements and Council standards are maintained to achieve a safe, well-designed built environment in an ecologically sustainable manner.

An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate, inclusive of a cash component, Division Manager Allowance, fully maintained Council salary packaged vehicle (including full private usage) and 12% superannuation.
