Division Sales Manager

Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)
Work Schedule: Mon - Sat, 7am - 4pm
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the Region.
Ensure that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and/or exceeded.
Establish, maintain and acquire new customers to increase business opportunities.
Hire, develop and motivate sales personnel.
Required skill(s): Selling, Accounts Management, Negotiation.
Requirements
Familiarity of the accounts and area (whole Mindanao).
General Trade, Modern trade and Distributorship management.
People management.
Can do field work.
With Company Car.
With performance bonus (not guaranteed), based on performance.
