 /Responsibilities The Division Vice President - Central manages Sazerac sales activities and administration for multiple states and leads the development and implementation of brand programming and KPIs; is responsible for developing and managing price structures, distributor pricing and margins, scan and DA effectiveness and competitive price reports; directs activities of State Managers and broader sales teams in the division.
Key Responsibilities (job responsibilities may vary by state depending on regulatory and compliance standards for the state):
Develop and communicate volume and profit objectives for the Division. Monitor and ensure the goal attainment is achieved annually and on target for the overall plan.
Train and develop the Divisional Sales team and monitor progress to ensure proper development of the team. Ensure the long-term developmental training fundamentals are in place.
