Salary: Six figure package including bonus and car

We are supporting a large, established manufacturing business in Leicester with the appointment of a Divisional Financial Controller.

This is a senior role within a sizeable division, supported by a decent size finance team reporting in. The role reports directly to the Finance Director.

This is not just another controllership post.

There is genuine succession potential to Finance Director level. The current Finance Director wants to mentor and develop someone with a clear pathway in place and, for the right individual, that move could happen in as little as 18 months. This is progression by design, not by accident.
