DLT Analyst

About the Role:
The Associate DLT Analyst, under the Digital Innovation and Architecture Division of the company's IT Department, will work under the supervision of the Blockchain and DLT Lead Consultant. The role involves independently gathering and synthesizing business inputs across the company to assess the value of DLT initiatives, and coordinating with partner teams to translate requirements into technical options and pilot plans. The contractor will also maintain DLT and blockchain resources within the Digital Innovation Sandbox and may be assigned additional responsibilities as needed.
Scope of Work/Responsibilities
Internal Business Requirements Coordination
Plan and run stakeholder interviews and workshops across relevant company units (e.g., Treasury, IT, Risk, Legal, Operations) to capture pain points, opportunities, and success metrics.
Produce as - is / to - be process maps, define KPIs, and perform gap analysis across related initiatives.
