DM IT Operations

Deputy Manager IT Operations is responsible for ensuring round-the-clock IT, Power, CCTV, and ITS operations on the assigned motorway. The role requires strong operational control, team leadership, SOP enforcement, and coordination to ensure uninterrupted system availability, operational discipline, and compliance with HQ standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure 24/7 IT and Power Operations on the designated motorway.
Ensure minimum downtime through timely fault identification and optimal utilization of available resources.
Implement weekly and monthly preventive maintenance plans for IT equipment as per HQ SOPs, with strict enforcement of SOPs for Server Rooms and IT Rooms.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of Plaza Technicians and MRT staff; arrange on-the-job training and capacity-building programs.
Conduct bi-monthly visits to each toll plaza, report observations to GM and HQ O&M teams, and ensure rectification of identified issues.
