Job Description

  Roles and Responsibilities  
 Plan, execute and coordinate marketing calendar and program for the Retail Business Unit targeting direct customers. Help the sales team assess demand for products and services offered, conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and customer feedbacks. Develop efficient and cost effective marketing strategies - both digital and traditional with the goal of maximizing the firms profits or share of the market.

 Develops marketing strategy by studying supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  Plans and executes all marketing campaigns including but not limited to web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
