Training Location: Bay City (first 2 weeks – mileage reimbursed)
Schedule:

+ Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

+ Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

+ Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
A busy and well-established orthotic and prosthetic medical practice is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk / Patient Services Representative for its Owosso location. This position supports a high-volume clinic (20–35 patients per day) and plays a critical role in patient experience, insurance processes, and front-office operations.
The selected candidate will complete two weeks of training at the Bay City location, with reimbursed mileage, before transitioning to the Owosso office.
