DME Specialist

DME Specialist – Remote | $6/hr | Full-Time

We are seeking a knowledgeable, patient-focused DME Specialist to support sleep medicine operations. This role combines patient communication, CPAP compliance education, and operational support for sleep testing and durable medical equipment (DME).

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients regarding CPAP usage, compliance, and troubleshooting
• Educate patients on therapy adherence and answer common questions
• Schedule sleep studies, CPAP setup appointments, and follow-ups
• Coordinate DME delivery, resupply orders, and equipment counseling
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in the system
• Assist with administrative workflows related to sleep services and DME operations
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
