JOB PURPOSE.

The DMEAL (Design Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning) Measurement Framework Technical Director will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a new WVI Impact Measurement Framework that will replace the current program and project baseline and evaluation framework. This role will leverage the Annual Impact Measurement (AIM) Framework while ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
