Seeking a dynamic, collaborative and
high-performing Manager responsible for the drafting, development, review,
stakeholder management, and approval of all contracts including, vendor supply,
consignment, repair and overhaul, non-disclosure, asset purchase, sale or lease
documents, and other agreements
necessary to support a fast-paced and rapidly changing commercial and
operational environment. The Manager will operate under the
authority of the Delta Air Lines Law Department, complying with defined
contract standards and coordinating will Delta's Law Department to seek
approval of deviations from the approved standards. In this role,
primarily partner with the Supply Chain Management Asset Acquisition team and empowered
