DO 18338 - Refrigeration Mechanic

Our client, a well-funded, ASX-listed gold exploration and production company in WA, is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic to support a new accommodation fit-out and ongoing site maintenance at one of the state’s established gold operations. This is a FIFO 8-6 or 14/7 roster ex-Perth for 3 months at this stage.

Requirements:

• Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Trade Qualification (essential).
• Valid Australian C Class driver’s licence (essential).
• ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence (essential).
• WA Restricted Electrical Licence (essential).

Position Duties:

• Install and service split-system air conditioners across site facilities and camps
• Make sure all work is completed safely and to site/environmental standards
• Report and scope corrective maintenance to the planning team
• Support a strong safety culture on site
