Dock Door Technician

**Job Title: Dock Door Technician/Facilities Maintenance Technician**

**Summary**

The Dock Door Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all dock doors, dock levelers, and loading bay equipment within a manufacturing facility. This role also supports general facilities maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the building and its systems. The technician will work independently and with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Dock door maintenance — Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair dock doors, dock levelers, bumpers, restraints, seals, and related loading dock equipment.
+ Preventive maintenance — Perform scheduled PMs on dock equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure to prevent failures and extend equipment life.
