**Job Summary**

The On-Site Occupational Doctor is responsible for providing primary medical care, preventive occupational health services, and first response support to employees, while ensuring compliance with IMSS and labor regulations. This role includes clinical diagnosis, treatment, and coordination with external medical providers, as well as participation in workplace wellness and health promotion programs. The doctor acts as a key partner to HR Operations, Benefits, and Facilities to maintain employee health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
