The Document Control Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This position involves office administration like managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office systems to create a productive work environment.

+ Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail)..
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
+ Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
+ Oversee office equipment maintenance and liaise with vendors
+ Ensure the office environment is organized and professional.
+ Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
