Roles and Responsibilities
Document Management:
o Maintain a document control system to store and organize all critical company documentation.
o Ensure proper classification, labeling, and filing of documents for easy retrieval.
o Manage the distribution and retrieval of documents to/from various departments and ensure version control.
Compliance and Audits (RBA, CSR, ISO):
o Ensure that all documents required for compliance with RBA, CSR, and ISO standards are updated and available.
o Prepare and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
o Monitor document requirements related to ethical environmental, and social responsibility as per RBA and CSR.
Revision Control and Tracking:
o Track all document revisions, ensuring that the most current versions are available and outdated versions are archived.
