Project documentation and project filing to all online sharing and offline platforms as per required
Ensuring that the files in the onboarding pack and online sharing platforms are up to date
Collation for certificate of insurance and submission to project compliance coordinator
Support in the Purchase Order requisition process
To prepare formal project progress and other reports includes but not limited to weekly progress report, master schedule, risk register and audit documentation tracker
Supports in the preparation of the project execution plan
Liaise closely with the local project managers to obtain the information that is required
Ensure that the local project managers are aligned and accountable with the reporting information
To attend meetings and draft minutes
Support in the update of the program tracker and ensure that or data quality validation errors are resolved
