Document Controller

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing & reviewing of inspection reports and other quality-related document for customers.
• Raise purchase requests for departmental purchases & calibration.
• Monitor auto-generation of CoC through GSS.
• Ensure all quality records and data are accurate and well maintained.
• Responding to customer requests with regard to quality documentation issues e.g., revised doc, upload/email doc if required.
• Review & compilation of quality documents for customer submission.
• Any other task as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements :

• Min SPM/Diploma in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• At least 2 years experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to organize and preserve paper documents.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
