About the role

CPO ELECTRONICS PHILIPPINES INC' is seeking an experienced Document Controller (DCC) to join our team in Lipa City, Batangas. As a full-time Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's critical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

What you'll be doing

• Implement and maintain document control procedures to govern the creation, review, approval, distribution, storage and retrieval of all company documents
• Ensure all documents are properly identified, indexed, filed and archived according to established protocols
• Process incoming and outgoing documents, including logging, scanning, distributing and tracking
• Provide support to project teams by facilitating the flow of documentation and information
