Otis is now seeking to recruit a **Document Controller** to take responsibility for the collation, distribution, and retrieval of contract documents for the Major Projects Installation team.

**Day-to-day responsibilities include:**

+ Uploading and downloading of various documents and drawings via email and specific customer portals such as Asite, 4P, Aconex
+ Checking that project document protocols are being followed correctly for all uploads
+ Distribution of drawings and other documents internally
+ Liaison with client and vendor document controllers to ensure quality standards are met
+ Compilation and maintenance of project files
+ Collation of the technical library throughout the life of the contracts
